TopRawMan Cleanse

Hi Energy Cleanse

Do this for 30 day and you will feel better then you have in years or ever. This is the best cleanse to fight sickness and disease because it provides all the building blocks for great nutrition.

I am starting my raw cleanse on Thursday the 8th of January.

I have done many different approaches and I have found that I get the best results with this. Here is my daily plan.

W= Ionized alkalized antioxidant water #2 (16 oz 5X day)
G= Green Drinks (3X day)
U= Udo's Oil (2X Day)
J= Fresh Juice (2X Day)
S= Snack (2X Day)

Drink powdered green drink with 16 oz Ionized alkalized antioxidant water #3


9am

1 shot of Udos oil


10am
16-24 oz fresh Juice. Standard ingredients: Carrots, apples, celery, beet, parsley, kale and spinach


11am

12am
Drink powdered green drink with 16 oz Ionized alkalized antioxidant water #3


1pm
1 Avocado (best for good fats)
or
1 piece of fruit/veggie (great if you have the urge to chew or crunch. Apple, Pear, Orange, Carrots Celery bell pepper No Bananas

Total Prep time each day is about 1 hour, imagine all the extra time you will have. Add up how much time you spend preping meals now and you will see that this is a big time saver in comparison.

After the first 10 day you can change the snack into salads or more hearty meals that are still all RAW fruits and veggies.
